Payment Information

The CM controls the CM budget, which is currently (after April 1st) 1800 tez per month. The CM position itself receives 625 tez per month. It’s up to the discretion of the CM how to spend the budget. The CM has to provide a month’s notice to positions being changes (counting from the first of the next month).

Note: March was the last month of the SMM position and the Moderator position pay has been changed to 250 tez per month.

  • Community Manager (CM)

    • Management of Social Media Manager (SMM) and Moderators (Mod)
      • Ensure 24/7 coverage for tier 1 interactions (i.e. Tier 1 support)
      • Ensure jobs are well done
      • Replace as needed due to non-performance or other reasons
    • Communicate with Tezos Domains core team and relay to community on ongoing basis
    • Monthly newsletter with statistics, news, partnerships, integrations
    • Implementing community feedback mechanisms
    • Organizing virtual events or AMAs
    • Developing community growth strategies
    • Prepare instructions on how to be replaced, ahead of time
    • Works with other DAO executive roles as needed

Next Steps

On March 27th, 2025 a proposal will be created with all the candidates who nominated themselves here. The TED DAO will have 2 weeks to vote on the new CM. The candidate with the most votes will win, provided the proposal is able to meet the necessary quorum.

I’ve been deeply involved in community management for over three years, primarily within the Web3 and blockchain space. My experience spans multiple projects, from moderating and growing communities to managing entire ecosystems across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.

At Clip Finance, I engaged a 40K+ member Discord and a 2K+ member Telegram, ensuring smooth interactions, moderating discussions, and maintaining security. I also handled bots,support tickets, posted official updates, and provided valuable feedback to the team based on community sentiment.

As Community Manager at Betacarbon, I built their Discord and Telegram communities from scratch, structuring the server, setting up roles, and fostering engagement through events and content. I also played a key role in community growth.I also created content for their twitter(x)

I’ve worked with NFT and gaming communities like Nycrypto,galaxywar NFT and Blockchain Monster Hunt, where I managed large Discord communities, organized events, and created strategies that directly influenced project success. At Nycrypto, my engagement efforts contributed to the NFT selling out during mint.

I was the community manager for Plenty Network where I pioneered the Tezos Community Call on X. I joined Tezos Commons as a Content Producer and completely overhauled the Tezos Tuesday space to help bring TC out of the dark and in front of the community. I also helped bring a new block chain from 0 followers on X to 10k+ in my time at Mavryk Network. Since then I have been the Marketing Manager here at Tezos Domains to develop TED spaces, community outreach, and drive consumer interest.

Explain how you will fulfill all the duties outlined in the job description:

Along with the usual duties of keeping the discord active and moderated for community safety, I would increase the Team activity in the discord itself. Games, Trivia, Movie nights, and other events to boost engagement and turning the discord into a fun place to hang out.

I’m currently in the process of automating all Social Media posts from one location, encouraging planned tweets or threads, and increasing engagement. I have implemented the Tezos Community Call on Saturdays under Tezos Domains with weekly updates and Tezos news, while also providing a safe place for feedback. Domain Talk is another show I have implemented to discuss Tezos Domains Specifically and its future with DAO holders.

I would start a weekly meeting with just DAO holders and Team members to discuss the project. This would be separate from a weekly TEAM meeting. We don’t currently hear from the DAO very often, which has been a contentious issue. I aim to resolve this. This would allow full transparency among the Team and DAO while allowing us to plan community growth, and project development.

I would continue and maintain strong relationships with TF, Trilli, and other notable Tezos Projects, to foster growth, engagement, and healthy partnerships. I already have a strong relationship with those mentioned as well as TC, TzAPAC, and smaller projects like TTC or TezTown.

News Letters and Monthly AMA’s can also be implemented along side X Spaces, using said spaces as a live reading and gaining live feedback.

I have also built a proper metric for viewing and tracking community engagement that has already been shared with the Team. This allows us to track engagement weekly or monthly, and compare it to the previous years engagement.

These are just a few things I already have planned. Merch, Instructional videos, Giveaways, Sales, and Events are also being developed.

This needs to be a fulltime position as it requires a dedication and love of the game few people have. If I was voted for this position I would combine both CM and MM positions until a better time where Tezos Domains is more profitable and can afford to expand.

What CM or governance experience I have, if any:
I was community manager at Audio Damage (boutique synthesizer software/audio company) managing their Discord community (2022-2024). I’ve been involved in web3 projects since March 2021.

I run the Teia Fountain (fountain.teia.art), where we onboard artists to Tezos—over 3,300 artists onboarded in nearly four years (since it was the hicetnunc fountain). We run it with a multisig and coordinate with the Teia DAO core team.

I’m a board member of @_thisisaraid, where we support Tezos artists by purchasing their work. We decide who to raid via a voting mechanism, and any changes to the group structure or funding are voted on by the board.

I’m also part of @artcommissiontz as a curator and regularly hold onboarding sessions IRL when invited. Additionally, I was part of Versum (defunct Tezos marketplace, 2021-2023), where I managed support tickets, Discord, and represented the platform at conferences. I also spoke on panels at various European NFT conferences on behalf of Versum and Teia.

I’m primarily an artist but have actively contributed to projects where I felt I could help using my experience and time.

I’ve done similar jobs before, both for Audio Damage and various Tezos projects. As part of the CIND (chronic illness, neurodivergent, and disabled) community, I’m often online and monitoring multiple groups, which makes me well-suited for ensuring 24/7 coverage and community engagement.

I have experience working with DAO teams, handling governance discussions, managing community communications, and making sure that moderation and support are running smoothly. I’d bring that same approach here—keeping communication open with the core team, ensuring moderation roles are covered, and supporting the community effectively.
