Thanks for electing me as your CM.

I’ve started working a little while back, starting to recruit moderators from the Tezos community. I will continue to work pro bono until the end of the month of February.

The agreed upon salary of 2700 XTZ will be used for the entire CM team, including the mods as well as a social media manager (SMM). At first the moderators will be recruited and a couple of months following, the SMM.

All CM team members will be paid directly by the treasurer their allotted amounts. All staff payment wallets will be posted here as staff is hired or fired as the case may be.

Due to the fact that the CM salary has been used to fund the entire CM team, a logistical solution was needed to accommodate the arrangement, such that each member is paid directly by the treasurer. The treasurer has created the following KT address to serve as a safe holding place for the CM operational budget.

I’ve notified the treasurer that I’d like to request the CM salary pool to be reduced from 2700 to 2400 starting in May 2024.
